EDISON, NJ,
January 11, 2001 - Continuing the expansion of its rapidly growing publishing business,
Majesco, Inc., today announced plans to release its fast-paced 3-D action game, Iridion
3-D, for Game Boy Advance. Iridion 3-D is currently being developed by Pipe Dream
Interactive, the in-house development studio for Majesco, Inc, and is scheduled to ship
this summer, with the launch of Nintendo's new handheld game system.

pushing the graphics hardware of the Game Boy Advance to its technical limits, Iridion 3-D
provides a truly realistic 3-D gaming experience," said Dan Kitchen, Vice President /
Handheld Development for Majesco. "Players will be amazed that such smooth
environments and intense gameplay can now be achieved on a portable system."
In
Iridion 3-D, gamers assume the role of an interstellar prospector returning to earth after
the exploration of the distant Orion System. Upon return, it is revealed that the Earth
has been invaded by the Iridion Empire, a long-time threat to mankind. Through their
journey between Earth and the Iridion Star System, players experience a variety of unique
environments including a disposal tunnel of an intergalactic space station and combat over
the Pacific Ocean. Each mission encounters an array of vicious mega-robots, bio-mechanic
worms, and brigades of Iridion Starfighter combat craft.

- Arsenal of weaponry including bonus weapons with unique
characteristics

In addition
to Iridion 3-D, Majesco has announced plans to release an impressive 10 titles for the
Game Boy Advance system in 2001. These include Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure, Fortres, and
Earthworm Jim.
