This should really just be a news posting, but I think it's important enough to slip in at the tail end of our reactions to the Xbox 360 MTV special that aired last night.  If you were like me, and most of the serious gamers in the world, you were pretty disappointed by the content of the MTV special - there was almost nothing revealed about the actual game system beyond the look and shape.  The word WIRELESS was flashed on the screen once or twice, but that was about the extent of serious discussion of what was inside the Xbox 360.  Almost no screen footage was shown, and we spent far more time listening to music and quick scene cuts than we did talking about the thing that drew most of us to the show.

However, there is another Xbox 360 video.  If you check out OurColony.net, the Microsoft run website, and click on the orb, you'll find yourself presented with a video.  It's presented without all of the long music segments and  the wasted hype machine that went into last nights pop-culture put-on, and you're left with a 10 minutes long video that actually says something about the meat of the system.  Not much, but certainly more than the MTV-culture unveiling? that took place on national TV last night.  There's still no gameplay video, not really, but the breakdown of system features is a bit more complete, plus some pictures of the controller and such.  There's still a great deal we're not seeing, but this other video does a far better job of introducing the Microsoft game system than the MTV special could have hoped for.

You can also find the clip, and a little bit of information about it at:
