The Darkness is shaping up to be a must have game for not only fans of the Top Cow comic, but for fans of first person shooters. Blending supernatural elements and gunplay, The Darkness puts you in the shoes of Jackie Estacado, our resident anti-hero, as he seeks revenge on his father\'s murderer. The newest video is a montage of some new and old footage, and shows off the darkling powers and what makes them a force to be reckoned with.

Starbreeze has been hard at work on The Darkness after their last lauded effort of The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay. And the game is looking more promising with every view. While it's a combination of old and new footage, this montage video shows off the darkling powers as well as some spiffy cinematics.

Also of note: Starbreeze is known for it's superb use of voice acting and it looks like The Darkness will be another testament to their dedication in this regard.

XBLA users can download the video (it's about 100 mb). Dubbed the "mutilation video" it's pretty graphic.
