Too Human Announced

Eternal Darkness developer, Silicon Knights, is working on a first-party game for Microsoft Game Studios. Too Human is an \"epic action game\" (read: the first of a planned trilogy) in which players assume the role of the Cybernetic God Baldur, who must defend humanity from a group of monstrous war machines who don\'t play well with others. Powered by Unreal Engine 3, this one is already looking good, and with the reputation Silicon Knights has for creating great, story-driven action games, we have very high hopes for this title. Keep an eye out for Too Human to release in Fall 2006.

Rare\'s long-in-development Kameo: Elements of Power has made gamers oddly curious for over half a decade now. We\'re curious about the great graphics, lush game world, Xbox Live multiplayer, and, of course, Rare\'s reputation for delivering great titles. But it\'s odd because the game has been in development since it first debuted on N64, then moved to GameCube, and finally will land on Xbox 360 this Fall. Historically, such business shenanigans are not good for a game. We\'ll find out this Fall when we finally get our hands on Kameo: Elements of Power. In the meantime, here are some new screens.

Tetsuya Mizuguchi is most well-known for his rhythm-based experimental games Rez and Lumines. Both of these games have been major cult hits, and Mizuguchi continues to explore these areas. But in his new title for Xbox 360, N3: Ninety-Nine Nights, Mizuguchi puts you in control of a badass fighter slaughtering oceans of enemies. It looks a lot like playing Dynasty Warriors on acid, and we\'ve got the screens to prove it.

Brand New Perfect Dark Zero Screen, Music, Bio

Perfect Dark Zero has so far been one of the most enigmatic Xbox 360 launch titles. After showing us glimpses of 50 player multiplayer on their MTV Xbox 360 unveiling, we expected to see PDZ at E3. But it wasn\'t there. It was at Tokyo Game Show, and we recently posted some links to some shakey-cam footage of PDZ gameplay which has us all debating the relative greatness potential for the game. Details are still slow to come out about Perfect Dark Zero, but we have one screen and an MP3 of one of the music tracks from the game to pass on.

Playlogic Announces Stealth Devil-Spy Action

Playlogic and Metropolis Software have announced Diabolique: License to Sin. Diabolique puts you in charge of Dark Eaville, a super spy with all of the Double-Oh-So-Smoothness of James Bond and all the evil demon-ness of Hellboy. (But he\'s cute like Sean Connery, too.) This is stealth-action mixed with some dark horror: Imagine Sam Fisher meets Blood Rayne. Or MGS meets Soul Reaver. Published by Dutch publisher Playlogic, and developed by Polish design house Metropolis Software, Diabolique: License to Sin looks on first glance like a title US gamers should keep an eye on for import. But you\'re not looking for the local Ritz camera; hordes of the undead are descending upon the mall, and you\'ve got to use whatever you have at hand, including your camera (and cameras aren\'t exactly zombie killing machines). Early Tactica Online Screenshots

One of the more interesting items shown at E3 2005 was an early build of Tactica Online. This massively multi-player title separates itself from the dozens of other online games in a number of ways, not the least of which is that it\'s a turn-based strategy game in the likes of Fallout, Jagged Alliance, or X-Com. From gameplay to business strategy (Tactica won\'t charge monthly fees) Tactica Online is trying to be something different. We\'ve picked up a few screenshots of an early build, and it\'s looking pretty interesting.

Nintendo has finally revealed their groundbreaking controller design for the upcoming Nintendo Revolution console. And it\'s a... remote?!? Sure to cause widespread outbreaks of whiplash as gamers everywhere do a massive doubletake, this proves two things: First, Nintendo has the cojones of a Tanuki. Cyberlore Studios Trades 'Mechs and Babes for Serious Games

Cyberlore Studios has announced their departure from the mainstream gaming world. After creating the classic Majesty franchise, Cyberlore made several great MechWarrior games and, most recently, the Playboy: The Mansion sim. However, today Cyberlore has announced that they will hang up their gaming hat and begin making \"serious games\" for business and training applications. Whee... Fan Mock-ups of the Revolution Controller

This is a day for Revolution news. We\'ve already mentioned this site elsewhere on GamesFirst, but in light of the upcoming possible unveiling of the Nintendo Revolution controller in just a few days, we figured we\'d point out some rather light-hearted entertainment to deal with the system. Joystiq.com has an article up that recaps and links to a number of fan mock-ups of the Nintendo Revolution controller. Included in the list are supposed eyewitness reports that may or may not be true. They\'re fun to read over knowing there\'s a possibility that you\'ll know the truth by the 16th of this month, which makes the mystery a bit more bearable. It will also make the disappointment sharper if Nintendo continues keeping its mouth shut. Included in the list of suggested features for the Revolution controller are such things like hot and cold feedback regions and the ever-popular touch-pad screen. Check it out.

China Forces World of Warcraft and Lineage II to Restrict Players

In what we are assuming is a move related to the recent death of a South Korean man who played Starcraft for 50 hours straight in an Internet cafe, China has stated that it will require all MMORPGs sold within its borders to adhere to strict guidelines. The rules include that games must limit how much time a user can play in a given stretch before the user\'s character suffers serious in-game penalties. Games affected include World of Warcraft and Lineage II, among others that are less well-known to American audiences. The companies that operate World of Warcraft and Lineage II in China have both agreed to integrate the system once it is ready in late 2005 or early 2006.
