Tokyo Extreme Racer 3 has all the goodies that the franchise is know for“and it has them in quantity. What with the vastly expanded list of opponents, new cars, and even two new cities, Tokyo Extreme Racer 3 delivers a lot of action for its $20 price tag. The downside?
